My son and I are 1000 miles away from home traveling, the front end started making a terrible rattle and noise , immediately called these guys, they got me in on the spot. They figured out the problem, which did happen to be a minor one, fixed it and didn't charge me a thing. Truly grateful, 5/5. Next time we are in the area and if we would unfortunately need their help again, I would not hesitate to come in here. 🫡

I recently had the transmission replaced on my 17 Tahoe at this shop, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The team kept me informed every step of the way—calling and texting with clear updates on the diagnosis, timeline, and parts status. They explained everything in plain language so I always knew what was happening and why. The work was done professionally and on schedule, and the car has been running smoothly since. Great communication made a potentially stressful repair much easier. Highly recommend them for auto work.

I am a customer here. I was a single mom with 4 kids and didnt have a money tree in my backyard... I have brought every car I have owned to this shop. Brought my mom's car and recommended several people......I have never had any problem with any of the staff..... and the repairs were the BEST and AFFORDABLE!! And they work damn hard to make even the smallest of issues right!!! Loyalty and Respect! Those are traits that are extremely hard to find in 2026 especially in south Mississippi. Most people that have a problems and complain are I repeat are NOT mechanics, they Run down their cars till literally the wheels are about to fall off, and most likely too young to even understand most dealers would charge $1000s for simple repairs. Not to mention they complain about repairs they aint even paid for....then they get upset because they cant have microwave service. Reviews are nice but.......understand Bobby Tyson's Tires & Automotives is the truth and has been for decades. Try it for yourself!!! I approve this review!!🙂

I’ve been a long-time customer, and unfortunately my experiences with this company have been consistently disappointing. It almost feels like a guarantee that your car will sit there all day if not multiple days before anyone even looks at it. The communication is poor, the customer service is slow, and the pricing is excessive for the quality of work they provide. What’s even more frustrating is that you have to hope they correctly fixed the problem the first time. In my experience, it’s not uncommon to be back within a couple of weeks because the original issue wasn’t actually fixed. Overall, the lack of efficiency, communication, and reliable repairs makes this a place I can no longer recommend. I would advise anyone to look around a bit before stopping here!

These people dont know an oil pan from a radiator. Twice i took my truck up there. Twice they said they could find absolutely nothing wrong even though there is a super loud rattle whole driving down the road. Its like the loudest most easiest noise to hear, and they hear "nothing". My 12 yo son hears it every day for God's sake. They will just make something up to sale you stuff you don't need. This is the massive problem we are facing with modern mechanics and its only going to keep getting worse. None of them have kept up with modern vehicles. They claim to know, but they dont know crap. Unless they can hook it up to a computer and the computer tell them EXACTLY what is wrong, they cant fix or find anything. Now, ill have to spend time crawling under a new truck thats still under warranty to find it myself. Neither the Ford I got it from, or this shop, knows anything anymore. Buyers beware. We are facing a huge problem in the automotive industry these days. The cars are made like crap and over priced, and the mechanics no longer no what they are doing. So anything over 2018 id say, dont bother wasting your time. These guys suck.
